An 18 hole course located within a residential area at San Juan beach. The round is attractive and varied with each hole requiring very different strategies. The course has 5 lakes, large trees and wide fairways and requires a full set of clubs to be used. The whole residential area is well equipped and modern with an advanced infrastructure. Seve Ballestesteros's design has special features and contains 6 par 3's, six par 4's and six par 5's. This is the only course to have this on this coastline.

The facilities of the Stone Course have been designed and built according to the latest USGA techniques in golf course construction. 22,000 cactuses, 8,500 palm trees and flowers give life and colour to the paradisiacal, desert and semi-desert holes, to create an striking and unusual environment, where the scenery changes as the player progresses round the course. Its characteristics and layout make the Stone Course one of the best golf courses in Europe. In order to respect the environment, the grass is irrigated with recycled water using a sophisticated irrigation system and a special foam, thereby reducing water consumption by up to 70%. Lakes, fountains, trees and tropical flowers give the course a unique design and make this a highly unusual and attractive setting for a great game of golf. The Olive course is also playable with another 9 holes of Pine course to be open very soon. The 9-hole Executive Challenge Course has a very special appearance. Greens and fairways have been designed to blend in perfectly with the landscape. Because the ground is slightly undulating, this golf golfing paradise allows to you enjoy the subtropical scenery which winds its way between gorges: a treat for the eyes and a challenge in the game.

HACIENDA DEL ALAMO: Costa Calida

An 18-hole golf course designed by Dave Thomas, where the facilities include a practice area with 40 points for hitting balls set in a two-storey building, six short practice holes where you can practice without going out onto the golf course, plus the areas allocated for short shots. The landscaping includes a large number of palm trees which will reach the height of their splendour over the next few years. There are also eight lakes over the length of the course which add to the beauty of the setting and make holes like the 8th, 10th and 12th quite difficult.

LA SERENA: Los Acazares, Costa Calida
La Serena Golf lies in the municipality of Los Alcázares, occupying an expanse of land right next to the Mar Menor. Mainly flat, the golf course´s main difficulties will be the prevailing Levante wind and the many water hazards that come into play in 16 of the 18 holes. The course, which is not overly long, has a traditional structure. Accuracy off the tee is a must for the player, who must thread his way to the green amongst clusters of bunkers, desert areas and the aforementioned water hazards.
La Serena Golf has a large Club House providing all facilities and services. The golf services are located on the ground floor: Dressing rooms, pro-shop, caddy master and storage facilities for members and clients in general. As well as the “La Serena” a-la-carte restaurant, the first floor has a large bar-cafeteria with a terrace overlooking the Mar Menor sea and the course.
RODA GOLF RESORT: Costa Calida Roda Golf opened it's doors to the public on June 30th 2006. The 18-hole par 72 (6,137 metres) golf course was designed by Dave Thomas, one of the most prestigious European golf designers. He said that he was very satisfied with his ability to transform a practically level land into a waved golf course. Lakes have been located in strategic places and the layout was created by combining different environments and working with and adaptation to the Mediterranean landscape and vegetation.
The Golf Course Designer, Dave Thomas Limited, has been fortunate in this project to be able to import sufficient fill to change flat low-lying ground into interesting and undulating golf terrain which aims to be pleasing to the eye and challenging for the golfers. Roda Golf's use of lakes optimize the views from the hotel and country club as well as playing an important part in the golf design. Roda Golf has quite rightly placed a great deal of emphasis on landscaping and tree planting and this has been integrated with considerable care into the golf design. EL VALLE GOLF RESORT: Costa Calida The third POLARIS WORLD Jack Nicklaus course and probbaly the best offers dessert feel to an inland challenging golf course. Play from the back tees and all the par threes are at least a long iron where off the normal they can be a challenging mid iron. the par fives are just rechable and most fo the par fours can offer good scores.
General Golf: There are many local gold course. Campomar which, is one of the besst in the area is only a 15 minute drive.
