Deposits
Please telephone or email for availability. A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking. A seperate £50 security deposit is required with the final payment 6 weeks prior to departure date. There are discounts offered for last minute bookings or long-term rentals. Please contact for details on offers.
Towels / Linen / Cleaning
Towels and linen are provided. Towels are changed on a weekly basis. Beach towels are not provided. Cleaning charge of 50€ is payable upon arrival (this covers cleaning and being met upon arrival by English speaking person*).
Changeover
In peak season a Saturday changeover is preferred. Arrivals after 15:00 unless prior arrangement and departure before 11:00. We are very flexible and can make exceptions, just contact us with your requirements.
Notes on Accommodation
Key holder lives nearby in case of emergencies. We have a contacts for Airport Transers (English speaking) and for baby equipment hire, everything from prams, travel cots, high chairs, car seats to baby milk and nappies. No pets allowed.
Accessibility
The apartment is on the middle floor (two flights of stairs) so not suitable for wheelchairs. We have a young child and do not find it a problem with a pram.
